Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We also offer a standard delivery service to BFPO addresses.

Express delivery is not available to certain locations. Please see table below.

We regret that we are unable to deliver orders outside the UK apart from BFPO.

Standard Delivery Order delivered within 5 working days from dispatch Cost 3.50
Express Delivery Order delivered the next working day. To qualify for express delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm Cost 5.50

Customers will be asked to remove Aerosol products from their BFPO order.

Please note the following:
  • Express Orders placed by 1pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be dispatched the same working day.
  • All orders placed after 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days.
  • Working days are defined as Monday Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
  • Delivery will be through Hermes.
  • If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order.
  • You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
Tracking your order:

You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been despatched.
