AVONSHOP- Help- how to shop

Click to register for the A-list (you'll be added to our email list) or go right to shopping. Any time your pointer turns into a hand-like picture, you can click on that to go somewhere else.
Click on one of the product headers to view a group of products.
Click on any product image or product name to view information about that product- description, shade, size, price, fragrance, etc. If there's more information than what is displayed on the screen, a scroll bar appears on the right. With your pointer on the scroll bar, click or slide the slider up and down to see the rest of the screen.
To order, use the pulldown menu to select the quantity you want. You will need to place additional orders for product quantities greater than offered in the pull down menu.
On products with multiple fragrances, shades or sizes, you will need to first select the version you want. Then select the quantity as described above.
To order, click on this icon:
Click on the "Shopping Bag" icon to view the items in your basket. This icon appears on all pages in the shopping area of the site. You will see all your items, prices and the merchandise total. This total does not include any delivery charges. You will also be able to change a quantity or delete items from your basket.
Purchase complete?
Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" icon that appears at the bottom of each page throughout the shopping area.
Delivery Address:
Enter in your delivery address - the address you want the items delivered to then click on the Confirm & Pay button at the end of the page.
Confirm & Pay:
From this page, you may change your delivery address entered and you can select your delivery method. Depending on the postcode entered you may be presented with Standard delivery and/or Express delivery. For more information on Delivery, please click here.
To complete the purchase, please click on the Payment details button.
This will now direct you to our Barclaycard secure payment gateway. Once payment is complete, you will be returned to the Avonshop website. Please note that adjustments or changes cannot be made once your order has been submitted.
Payment Information
Enter your credit or debit card type, number and expiry date. A valid from date and Issue number is required for Solo & Switch cards only. Please hit the Continue button to proceed to Cardholder Information. On this page, please enter your billing name and address to which your payment card is registered to. Please hit the continue button and re-enter your Billing Full Name. Please click on Complete Payment to process. Your payment status will be returned complete with a summary of your cardholder information. Please click on Complete Order to confirm your purchase.
This will return you to the Avonshop website.
Click on the "Complete Purchase" button to finish your order, or click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the shop.
